The Lists
I've discovered that I like making lists. It might have started out as a coping mechanism for my need to document, record, and collect everything since childhood, with salient examples being:
- dedicating pages to collecting stickers from fruits
- taking pictures/videos of literally everything that caught my interesting—I found a minute long video of me showing off an oddly-shaped grape from all angles
- writing down the start and end times (plus any other times that I looked up at the clock) for completing a worksheet in class—the teacher even called me over to ask what's up with that

Now, I try to make lists mainly for utility and pure enjoyment, including lists for movies/TV shows I've watched and want to watch, books I want to read, playlists for every mood imaginable, all the computer/phone tabs I've opened, Instagram reels and Youtube videos using their respective built-in functions, urgent tasks for the week (I will write them down in my notepad despite already having a calendar with deadlines and a Notion weekly planner), etc...
Sometimes, it can still get quite overwhelming and derail me from the immediate priority, but I am always evolving and finding better ways to function and not drown in my 300+ opened tabs or eternally-full camera storage.
Thus, I would like to incorporate a few lists here and there within the posts.
The Playlists
This is a subset of the lists, but I wanted to separately mention them because music is a big part of emotional expression for me. I like to listen to music to regulate my mood. I would say that curating playlists is a hobby of mine, and sometimes it gets so distracting when I'm trying to study and I keep having to sort new songs into one of my 200+ Spotify playlists. I like to say that I have a playlist for every mood ever and I'm still exploring new artists and genres. It's safe to say that love songs are a favorite subgenre of mine, so I wanted to share them.
The Comics
I'm not really an artist, but 4-panel comics are an easy way to incorporate humor and apply concepts without the lack of artistic abilities being too disruptive.
The Survey To My Friends
Their experiences and anecdotes serve as "evidence." It's so interesting to hear about what they have to say about being single or being in a relationship. Some of them said the survey fried their brain (made them think hard) and some were curious about the results and wanted me to show them the blog after I was done.
